Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by User

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booked slot are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
  • Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the booked slot are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booked slot, or no-shows, will not be refunded.

2. Cancellation by The Pickleball Club

In rare circumstances, such as unplayable weather conditions or unexpected maintenance issues, we may need to cancel your booking. In such cases:

  • You will be notified as soon as possible.
  • You will receive a 100% refund of any payments made, or you may choose to reschedule your booking to another available slot.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used during the booking process.
