1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website and booking our facilities, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Court Booking and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment of the required advance amount.
• Players must arrive on time for their slot. No time extension will be provided for late arrivals.
• The facility reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided.

3. Code of Conduct

• Players must wear proper non-marking sports shoes on the court.
• Food and beverages (except water) are not allowed inside the playing area.
• Any damage to the property will be charged to the individual responsible.
• Players must respect other guests and staff. Abusive language or physical altercations will lead to immediate expulsion.

4. Liability

The Pickleball Club is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your visit. Players engage in physical activities at their own risk.
